What is your return policy?

Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are available for eligible items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days (US) or 30 days (all other countries) of your order's ship date.*

Gift cards, underwear (tops and bottoms) without their original packaging, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy Details (US)
In-person returns at any of our stores or participating Return Bars are free. Mail-in returns incur a $7 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

Please note: Items that cannot be folded down smaller than 24" x 24" cannot be accepted as in-person returns at Return Bars and can only be returned by mail. Please let our support team know if you need assistance creating a mail-in return instead.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
